Black Box Theater – Open Seating.

• Unless your entire group is arriving together, everyone will need their own ticket. Please distribute them to your group by emailing each person their own ticket or giving them a printed copy. The email containing your tickets is from "noreply@notify.thundertix.com”. You may use your phone as your ticket.

• Theater doors will open 20 minutes prior to showtime.

• Performance will begin ON TIME. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to showtime.

• Late seating is not guaranteed for productions in the Black Box theater.

• Unclaimed tickets may be released to patrons in the waitlist line 10 minutes before showtime.

• Seats are often made available for SOLD OUT performance. If a performance is sold out, we recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 MINUTES prior to the performance. There is no charge for walk-up tickets. Patrons will join the waitlist line and will be allowed into the theater on a first-come, first-served basis as seats become available. While we cannot guarantee everyone in the waitlist line will be able to see the show, we will accommodate as many people as possible. To ensure you are able to see the show, we strongly urge you to consider purchasing tickets for another show time (while available).
